Is the husband's thinking about polygyny, from the perspective of alleviating burdens on his wife and seeking assistance in raising children and managing his work affairs, despite the opposition of his in-laws, his wife, and some religious individuals, right or wrong?

Polygyny is permissible for whoever knows himself to be capable of providing for and acting justly between wives, based on the Almighty’s saying: (Then marry such women as seem good to you, two, three, or four; but if you fear that you will not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one), and due to its establishment from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and the Companions and the Successors. It is recommended to perform Istikhara (prayer for guidance) and supplication, and to be keen on retaining the righteous first wife, and to try to convince her and your family about polygyny (knowing that their approval is not a condition). An independent dwelling must be provided for each wife.
