The answer

It is not permissible for a man to be alone with a foreign woman in a car. Merely dealing with someone caught in an act of disobedience is not an endorsement of it, if one dislikes the disobedience. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "If a sin is committed on earth, he who witnesses it and dislikes it is like one who was absent from it, and he who was absent from it and approved of it is like one who witnessed it." Therefore, if the questioner's work necessitates being alone with a foreign woman, he must refrain from it. However, if others are riding with them, and no forbidden seclusion occurs, then dealing with and gathering in one place is not unlawful, as long as it adheres to Islamic guidelines such as lowering the gaze and observing proper etiquette. The right to advise every Muslim remains.
