Is it permissible to take a loan from the Bank of Palestine to buy a house and move into it, due to the father's mistreatment and lack of appreciation, despite bearing all household expenses and the father's full responsibilities, which has negatively affected marital and psychological life?

It is generally expected that a father shows compassion towards his children, so the aforementioned harshness from your father is contrary to the norm. If there is a reason for his harshness, work on addressing it. Otherwise, be content, submit to God's will, and frequently supplicate to Allah to grant you patience and rectify your father's affairs.

Taking a loan with usurious interest (riba) is impermissible. Therefore, search for a Sharia-compliant alternative to owning a house, or rent one. If you are unable to do so, remain in your father's house.

You are not obligated to obey your father in matters of financial expenditure that are beyond your capacity. However, whenever you are able to assist your father, do so, as it is an act of filial piety.
