Is it permissible to begin with what comes after (Say) after reciting the complete verse: "Say: What is with Allah is better than amusement and than trade. And Allah is the best of providers," then repeat "What is with Allah is better than amusement and than trade. And Allah is the best of providers"?

There is no impediment for the reciter or the worshiper to repeat the phrase: "What is with Allah is better than amusement and than trade," after reciting it and what precedes it, especially if there is a valid purpose for doing so, such as contemplation and attaining khushu' (devotional humility). The meaning is that the reward from Allah is better than this world and what is in it. It has been authentically reported that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, repeated a verse in prayer, and the general rule is that the actions of supererogatory ( nafila) prayers are like those of obligatory ( maktuba) prayers.
