Will Allah accept the repentance of one who committed zina with a woman twice in her anus, once while she was menstruating, and another time during the day in Ramadan, knowing that he is remorseful and repentant and wishes to have the prescribed punishment for zina carried out on himself?

Undoubtedly, the sin is heinous, but no matter how great it is, the mercy of Allah is vast, and repentance is accepted by abandoning the sin, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it, while concealing oneself. The implementation of punishments is entrusted to the ruler, and a Muslim should conceal himself and strive in repentance, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever commits any of these abominable deeds, let him conceal himself with the concealment of Allah." It is obligatory to repent to Allah and conceal oneself, for one who repents from a sin is like one who has no sin.
