If the wife requests a divorce without any harm inflicted upon her by the husband, he is not obligated to divorce her. However, if the husband divorces her without any compensation from her, she is entitled to all the rights of a divorced woman, and he has no right to withhold her deferred dowry or any other right she possesses.
