What is the validity of the saying that a divorced woman, if she dies without remarrying, enters Paradise without reckoning? And is a man exempt from the warning mentioned concerning a woman who seeks divorce without cause? And is giving money to an orphan considered sponsorship? And what should the questioner do to achieve her ambition of entering Paradise and being near the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him?

Divorce is disfavored in Islamic law, but it may be permissible when there is a need, or reprehensible, or unlawful for other reasons. It may also be a blessing for the couple. There is no hadith stating that a divorced woman who has previously been married enters Paradise without reckoning. However, entry into Paradise is facilitated by faith and righteous deeds. Sponsoring an orphan is among the best righteous deeds and includes taking the orphan into one's care and providing for them, or providing financial support to cover their needs.
