If the wife leaves the house, forgetting an oath of divorce, then the divorce does not occur. It is not permissible for the wife to leave without a , and she must obey her husband in what is good and not leave without his permission. The husband is advised not to threaten his wife with divorce and to use legitimate means of reform, such as admonition, forsaking her in bed, and striking without causing injury.
