If the heirs are limited to the son of the son and the daughter of the son, then the daughter of the daughter does not inherit because she is from the Dhuwi al-Arham (relatives through women). The estate is divided so that the son of the son receives two shares and the daughter of the son receives one share, "for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." The matter of inheritances must be referred to the courts for investigation and to ensure there are no wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the right of the heirs.
