How sound is the Hadith: "Verily, in Paradise there is a houri called Al-Aynaa'"?

After research, no musnad (supported by a chain of narration) hadith with the wording "Where are those who enjoin good and forbid evil?" has been found attributed to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. However, Al-Tabarani narrated a weak hadith from 'Uqbah ibn 'Amir, who said: "When I was ascended to the heavens, I entered the Garden of Eden, and an apple fell into my hand. When I placed it in my hand, it split open, revealing a wide-eyed, pleasing houri whose eyelids were like the measure of wings of light. I asked her, 'To whom do you belong?' She replied, 'I am for the caliph after you.'"

Al-'Ayni mentioned two narrations without a chain of narration: The first is from Abu Hurayrah, stating that there is a houri in Paradise named Al-'Ayna', who walks with seventy thousand attendants to her right and left, and she says: "Where are those who enjoin good and forbid evil?" The other is from Ibn 'Abbas, stating that there is a houri in Paradise named Al-'Ayna'; if she were to spit into the sea, its water would become sweet.
