No. 86336 clarified the impermissible elements in the aforementioned certificates () and concluded that it is not permissible to subscribe to them until they are free from all the mentioned prohibitions. Whoever has subscribed to them and received prizes must dispose of them through charitable deeds and for the benefit of Muslims. Allah knows best.
