What should I do with the remaining amount from the organization's contract after the company failed to import the software?

If you are an agent for a company to purchase specific software programs and the company has given you their price, you must return the remaining money to them. If you cannot, then spend it on general Muslim welfare. If you are able to return it later, the company has the option to either approve what you did or demand the money back.
