Is speaking about girls who wear the Shar'i dress and err in their dealings with men considered backbiting?

Describing some veiled women without specifying them does not constitute backbiting (gheebah), and there is no sin in the phrase "I am surprised by some girls" because it is not a generalization. It is better for a Muslim to guard their tongue from what is not beneficial, and they can offer advice in a better way. The niqab is a noble act of worship, and one should not utter phrases that might cause some women to abandon it.
