Does cursing someone by saying, "May Allah curse you," invalidate the fast? And is it obligatory to make up for that day?

Cursing a specific individual is prohibited according to the preponderant opinion of scholars. However, the fast of one who curses a person is not invalidated. Prohibited speech, such as insults, backbiting, and cursing, does not invalidate the fast, according to the majority of scholars.
