What is the ruling on one who curses Satan during the daytime in Ramadan?

A believer should not accustom his tongue to cursing and swearing, for a believer is not one who slanders, or curses, or is obscene, or vulgar. A fasting person must refrain from cursing and swearing, even if he is in the right, and he should say: "Indeed, I am fasting" if someone curses or fights him. For the fasting person is commanded to perform virtuous deeds and to abstain from evil ones. If a believer is afflicted by an instigation from Satan, cursing will not benefit him. Rather, what is prescribed for him is to seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan, according to the Almighty’s saying: "And if an evil suggestion comes to you from Satan, then seek refuge in Allah. Indeed, He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing." Also, saying "Bismillah (in the name of Allah)" when Satan instigates makes him shrink, unlike saying "May Satan be wretched," which makes him grow in stature.
