How is an inheritance divided between a full brother, a full sister, and four daughters of a full brother?

Nieces have no share in inheritance. If the deceased leaves no heirs other than a full brother and a full sister, the inheritance is divided between them by ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "And if there are brothers and sisters, male and female, then for the male will be the like of the share of two females." Thus, the inheritance is divided into three shares: two shares for the full brother and one share for the full sister. Inheritance cases must be submitted to the Sharia courts for investigation and to ensure that there are no other heirs, wills, or debts that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
