What is the ruling on a congregant repeating the Qur'an behind the Imam in Tarawih prayer for the purpose of concentration?

It is better to listen attentively to the Imam's recitation and not to recite behind him, based on the general meaning of the Almighty's saying: "And when the Qur'an is recited, then listen to it and pay attention that you may receive mercy." However, if you do recite, there is no harm in it, based on the view of most scholars who say that it is not obligatory to listen attentively to the Imam's recitation.
