The maternal aunt is like a mother, and she has a great right to dutifulness and respect. However, if love for her exceeds its natural bounds, leading to the neglect of a duty, or a dereliction of a right, or transforming into an instinctive or exalting love, then this love must be limited and stopped at its proper boundary.
