What is the ruling on undergoing cosmetic surgery to correct the difference in breast size?

If the increase in breast size is pronounced and deforms the creation, there is no harm in performing an operation to remove this defect. However, if it is for the purpose of beautification and enhancement, it is not permissible to perform it.
