How do I apply the process of spitting into the hands when reciting the Al-Mu'awwidhat, and should the hands be like the movement of supplication?

"Nafth" is a blowing, either with or without saliva, and it is less than "Tafal" (spitting). The method for it is to cup the hands together, recite the three surahs (Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, and An-Nas), then blow into them, and wipe the head and the rest of the body with them three times.
