What is the ruling on reciting the aforementioned supplication that contains Quranic verses, the Beautiful Names of Allah, some strange phrases, and various supplications?

This supplication contains acceptable phrases and others that are impermissible. Unintelligible foreign words with unknown meanings should not be mentioned in a supplication, for fear that they might be disbelief or names of devils.
