How can one continue reciting the Qur’an after Fajr prayer until sunrise in Ramadan, taking into account the late Tarawih prayer and waking up before Fajr for Qiyam and Suhoor?

Remaining seated after Fajr prayer and engaging in remembrance of Allah until sunrise is a meritorious act for which the doer is rewarded, but the one who does not do it is not sinful. Therefore, there is no harm in not remaining, especially when overcome by sleep. The important thing is to maintain the performance of Fajr prayer at its prescribed time, as it is an obligatory duty, and it is not permissible to neglect it due to long hours of wakefulness.
