Did the name "Ya Huwah" or "Ya Huwiyyah" appear in the exegeses of the scholars, and is it considered among the Beautiful Names of Allah?

The pronoun "He" (هو) is not among the Beautiful Names of Allah, and supplicating Allah with it is an innovation (bid'ah). Remembering Allah with the singular, implicit pronoun, such as "Ya Hu, Ya Hu" (O He, O He) or "Hu, Hu" (He, He), is further from the Sunnah and more entrenched in innovation, making the pronoun refer to what the heart imagines. This form of remembrance is not legislated in the Qur'an or Sunnah, nor is it authentically reported from the Salaf of the Ummah or its exemplary figures. Rather, it has been vocalized by some misguided individuals among the later generations.
