Does an absent divorce take effect via text message if the husband intended to finalize the divorce and the wife did not return due to her child's illness?

The enquirer's divorce occurred due to her not returning to her husband by the stipulated time, unless the husband, by his oath, intended that the divorce would not occur if she had an excuse. In this case, her excuse of nursing her child is accepted, and the divorce does not take place.

The subsequent message from the husband is either an announcement of the occurrence of the suspended divorce, in which case no further divorce results from it, or it is the initiation of another divorce, making it two divorces.

If the husband has not issued more than two divorces, he may reconcile with his wife before the expiration of her waiting period (iddah).
