Do the phrases mentioned in the question expel their utterer from the Muslim community, and what is the Muslim's duty towards the one who says them?

Speech that belittles the مقام الألوهية (Divine Majesty) and mocks the حق الربوبية (right of Lordship) is reprehensible and impermissible, even if said in jest. Allah Almighty said: (Say: "Was it at Allah and His verses and His Messenger that you were mocking?" Make no excuse; you have disbelieved after your belief.) The duty is to advise the one who utters such phrases to repent sincerely. If he does not repent and persists in his words, he is not fit to be taken as a friend, for the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A man is upon the religion of his friend, so let one of you look at whom he befriends," and he also said: "Do not befriend except a believer." As for one who takes his religion as amusement and play, whose heart is diverted from the love of Allah and inclines towards what harms him, it is obligatory to abandon him and beware of him.
