Is there a prophetic Hadith that mentions a group paving the way for the coming of the Dajjal, and can this Hadith be applied to the Masons?

There is no prophetic hadith that mentions the emergence of a group preparing for the appearance of the Dajjal before his advent, such as the claim about Freemasonry; this is a conjecture without proof. As for what has been reported in the Sunnah regarding the signs of the Dajjal's emergence, it is, in brief: - The Romans will descend upon A'maq or Dabiq, and gather against the Muslims. The Muslims will triumph, and then conquer Constantinople. - Before his emergence, there will be division, disagreement, drought, and severe hunger. - He will emerge during a period of corruption in people's affairs, lightness in religion, and internal discord. - He will emerge from the land of the East, from Khorasan, from the Jews of Isfahan, and he will be followed by seventy thousand people wearing tailored cloaks, their faces appearing like hammered shields. - He will emerge out of a fit of rage, as if he becomes angry upon witnessing the Muslims' victory.

Authentic hadiths from Musnad Imam Muslim and others have indicated this.
