What is the ruling on one who asks Allah not to forgive him if he returns to a sin and commits it?

The supplication mentioned is contrary to Islamic law because it is a supplication for oneself to be punished, and one is forbidden from supplicating against oneself. Furthermore, Islamic law came with the request for forgiveness and pardon from Allah, not with the supplication for a lack of forgiveness.
