Is it permissible for my wife to delay prayer from Dhuhr until Isha and make them up all at once at home, instead of praying in the university's prayer room which is not well-prepared?

Prayer holds a great status in Islam, being the second pillar after the two declarations of faith. It must be performed at its prescribed time, as Allah Almighty says: "Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a timed ordinance." Delaying it beyond its time is a form of neglecting and being complacent about it, as Allah Almighty says: "So woe to those who pray [But] who are heedless of their prayer." Therefore, delaying prayers and combining them after their time has expired is impermissible and may be considered among the major sins.
