ما هو الكسب غير المشروع والدليل على ذلك؟

Ill-gotten gain is money taken in a manner not permissible by Islamic law. Allah Almighty has forbidden it, saying: "And do not consume your property among yourselves in falsehood." This includes gambling, deception, usurpation, denial of rights, and anything whose owner's consent is not willingly given, or that the Sharia has forbidden even if the owner's consent is willingly given. All that is unlawful is evil, and some of it is more evil than others. For example, usurped money is more severe than money obtained through a corrupt contract. Likewise, money taken unjustly from a poor person or an orphan is more severe than that taken from a rich or powerful person.
