The answer

The internet holds great importance in people's lives, and Muslims should utilize it to create beneficial websites that combat corruption. Your effort in creating your website is appreciated, and so is restricting downloads to materials free from Shariah prohibitions. You are not obligated to inspect all clips as long as you have stipulated that forbidden content should not be uploaded. However, if you become aware of forbidden material, you are obliged to remove it. You are not required to remove permissible materials that contain a small amount of incidental music. It is advisable to include reminders that prompt visitors to be mindful of Allah and warn them against forbidden acts. You can also request visitors to notify you of any material containing Shariah prohibitions so that it can be removed.
