Is it permissible to recite the Holy Quran during ablution (Wudu') for prayer?

Originally, the remembrance of Allah and the recitation of the Quran are permissible in all states. However, it is preferable to refrain from reciting the Quran until ablution is complete for several reasons:

1. This was not transmitted from the Prophet (peace be upon him) nor from his companions. 2. The Prophet (peace be upon him) disliked mentioning Allah except in a state of purity. 3. Excessive talking during ablution may lead to its imperfection. 4. It is prescribed for the reciter to be in a state that aids contemplation, which might not be achieved during ablution.
