Is it permissible for someone with excessive discharge to recite the Qur'an with the same ablution (wudu') for prayer, or is a separate ablution required for each?

Vaginal discharge from a woman invalidates ablution (wudu) but is pure (tahir). A woman afflicted by incontinence of this discharge should perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun. She can then perform the obligatory and supererogatory prayers, touch the Mus'haf (Quran), and do whatever else requires ritual purity as long as the prayer time persists. However, reciting the Quran does not require ritual purity. It is sunnah for a woman to recite the Quran with the same ablution she used for prayer, as long as the prayer time persists.
