Does the discharge of secretions during Quran recitation necessitate re-performing ablution to continue reading?

Firstly: A person who has a minor ritual impurity (hadath asghar) is permitted to recite the Quran without touching the Mushaf (physical copy of the Quran). It is also permissible for them to touch books of Tafsir (exegesis) and recite the Quran from them. However, it is not permissible for them to touch the Mushaf except with ablution (wudu').

Secondly: Discharges from the vagina are ritually pure (tahir), but they nullify ablution according to the majority of scholars. If these discharges are continuous, they fall under the ruling of " سلس" (incontinence), and the woman should perform ablution for the time of each prayer, and the discharge of these secretions will not harm her prayer. However, if they are not continuous, she can read from the Mushaf by using a barrier, such as gloves.
