The answer

It is impermissible for an employee to record a time other than their actual attendance and departure time in the attendance register, as that involves lying, deception, and consuming wealth unlawfully. The administration must not allow this manipulation; rather, the real time of attendance and departure must be recorded. Sheikh Ibn Baz emphasized the obligation of fulfilling one's trust and being wary of betrayal by the employee recording their real entry and exit times to absolve themselves of responsibility, and the obligation for the responsible official to advise, guide, and warn employees against betrayal.
