What is the ruling of Islamic law on one who complains to Allah and then complains to people due to tightness in his chest? And is that considered a lack of trust in Allah's answer?

Informing a created being of one's condition does not diminish patience if it is to seek guidance or assistance, or to remove harm, such as a sick person informing a doctor, an oppressed person informing one who can support him, or an afflicted person informing one through whom he hopes for relief. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, asked a sick person about his condition, saying: "How do you find yourself?"
