Is it permissible to take an Islamic financing to build a mosque or dig a well?

There is no objection to entering into a financing transaction to obtain funds for a charitable project, such as building a mosque, provided that there is an ability to repay the debt, and that the transaction adheres to Shariah guidelines, like permissible Tawarruq (ordinary) and not the forbidden (organized) type.
