It is not permissible to copy programs and games or upload them to forums for others to download, except with the permission of their owners. If the forum specializes in games that are not permissible to copy, then it must be closed, and it is not permissible to benefit financially from it. Likewise, it is not permissible to upload these programs or games to the internet for download, due to the harm this causes to their owners. As for the ruling on money obtained from advertisements, it follows the ruling of the advertisements themselves: if they are permissible, then the money is permissible, otherwise not.
