Is it obligatory for a woman to repeat the Dhuhr and Asr prayers if she becomes pure from menstruation at Dhuhr time but does not perform ghusl until after Asr or Maghrib to ensure purity?

If a menstruating woman sees one of the two signs of purity (dryness or the white discharge) at the time of Dhuhr prayer, she must purify herself and pray Dhuhr and Asr. If she does not do so until their time has passed, she must repent and make them up. However, if the two signs of purity are not present, she is still considered to be in the state of menstruation.
