What is the ruling on saying "time is a turncoat/fickle" (الزمان قلاب)?

"Time is a turner" is a phrase that means a change in circumstances, and this is a reality for the world at the level of individuals, groups, and states, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: (And these days We alternate them among the people). Circumstances fluctuate from health to sickness, from wealth to poverty, from security to fear, and so on. This phrase is like "A state of permanence is impossible," and there is no problem with it if it is meant that time is a container for the fluctuation and change of circumstances, and that the One Who manages all of that is Allah. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to seek refuge in Allah from the vanishing of blessings and the change of well-being, and he urged seizing good circumstances before they change.
