Is it permissible for a Muslim to follow the Umm Al-Qura calendar to pray the ‘Isha prayer early at home, especially with a difference of more than an hour in the ‘Isha time between the Muslim World League calendar and the Umm Al-Qura calendar in the city of Newcastle, in order to avoid going to sleep late? And are the Fajr and ‘Isha prayers considered congregational when performed with one's wife?

The fundamental principle in determining prayer times is based on the Shar'i signs. One should not rely entirely on astronomical calendars because they are a result of ijtihad (definition) (independent reasoning), and reliance must be placed on the Shar'i proofs. If you can ascertain the time for Isha prayer by its Shar'i sign, then do not pray before its time begins, and pray with the center that prays at the correct time. However, if you are unable to determine the time, either due to your unfamiliarity with the signs or due to excessive lights, then delay the Isha prayer until you predominantly believe its time has commenced, and pray with the later congregation. Your prayer with your wife is considered a congregation.
