Is "My servant, you have not thanked Me as long as you have not thanked those through whose hands I have bestowed blessings upon you" a Hadith, or another's saying?

The hadith narrated by Al-Bayhaqi about Allah Almighty questioning the servant on the Day of Judgment regarding their gratitude towards those who were kind to them is weak in its chain of transmission. However, a hadith with a similar meaning is authentic: "He who does not thank people, does not thank Allah," and Al-Albani graded it as authentic. Al-Khattabi explained this hadith in two ways: First, that whoever denies the favor of people denies the favor of Allah. Second, that Allah does not accept a servant's gratitude for His kindness if they do not thank people. The hadith implies condemnation of anyone who does not thank people for their kindness and good deeds.
