Is it permissible to retire based on an incorrect birth date (1945) in order to receive a pension, knowing that the change was made without my knowledge, but I approved the final amendment?

The employee is bound by the state's conditions in determining the retirement age, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts," and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." Therefore, the year 1950 must be adopted for the retirement age, and changes that do not represent the actual age for benefiting from the right to retirement are not permissible.
