If the item purchased online does not arrive, the buyer has the right to a refund. If the item arrives and its full price — or a partial amount — arrives with it after you have received it, then this money must be returned to its owner, because it is no longer rightfully yours. If it is impossible to return the money to its owner, then it must be given in charity on his behalf.
