Is it permissible for me to take a portion of the money given to me by a woman to distribute to the needy, knowing that she designated a portion of it specifically for me, and is it permissible for me to give my needy husband some of this money to repair his car?

You are not allowed to take anything extra for yourself beyond what the woman has specified for you. It is permissible to give [some of it] to your husband if he needs it to repair his car. Then, the rest should be distributed to those in need. It is not permissible for the agent to take anything from the charity for himself, even if he is among those eligible for it. It is permissible to give charity to parents, children, and one's wife.
