What is the way to get rid of constant thinking about the worries and problems of others, which leads to pity and distress that corrupts life?

A Muslim's concern for the worries of his Muslim brothers is required and is an evidence of the sincerity of his faith, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The مثال of the believers in their mutual affection, mercy, and compassion is like that of a body; if one part of it suffers, the rest of the body responds to it with sleeplessness and fever." Nevertheless, this feeling should not prevent him from working for Islam and calling to Allah, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, urged us, saying: "If the Hour overtakes one of you while he is holding a sapling, let him plant it."
