Is everything that happened after the marriage due to the evil eye, and is it obligatory to continue with ruqyah?

The evil eye is real. If a person is afflicted with an illness or a problem, they should not abandon its treatment through legitimate means and tangible causes, because most of what is thought to be the evil eye is not so; rather, it has known tangible causes. It cannot be definitively asserted whether what befell them is the evil eye or not, but ruqyah is beneficial for lifting and warding off affliction. They should continue with it, in addition to examining the tangible causes of the problems and treating them, and resisting anger.
