What is the ruling on a person loving a sin, rejoicing in it, inclining towards it, and being pleased with committing it, without deeming it permissible?

The obsessive whisperings (waswasah) have reached a significant level, and the cure lies in completely ignoring them, refraining from preoccupation with them, not asking about them, and supplicating to Allah, along with consulting psychiatrists. Excessive questioning increases the burden and confusion for the one afflicted with waswasah. As for loving a sin, rejoicing in it, inclining towards it, and being pleased with committing it without deeming it permissible, this is not disbelief (kufr). Disbelief lies in deeming permissible a sin that is definitively forbidden. Loving what Allah dislikes, or disliking what Allah loves, for its own sake, is not disbelief, unless it is from the perspective of the Lawgiver disliking or loving it.
