There is no apostasy in the act mentioned, and the : "None of you believes until his inclination is in accordance with what I have brought" does not negate the root of faith but rather negates its perfection. Thus, the person concerned is a believer with incomplete faith, not an apostate. Similarly, the hadith: "None of you believes until I am more beloved to him than his own self, his wealth, and his children" negates the perfection of faith, not its root.
