What is the ruling on addressing one's wife or any other woman as "Umm Al-Mu'minin" (Mother of the Believers) when inquiring about her condition?

"Mothers of the Believers" is a title exclusive to the wives of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, as stated in the verse: "The Prophet is more worthy of the believers than themselves, and his wives are their mothers." They are mothers to the believers in terms of respect, honor, and the prohibition of marrying them after the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Applying this title to anyone else is forbidden, as it is a falsehood.
