He must also frequently supplicate, seek help, and rely on Allah, as stated in His verse: "Indeed, he has no authority over those who believe and rely upon their Lord." After performing ' (washing after urinating or defecating) and ensuring the cessation of urine, it is recommended to sprinkle his private parts and trousers with water to cut off the obsessive doubts. He may pray with that ablution as long as he is not certain of the descent of urine drops.
